A Blueprint for Amplifying Bloomberg’s Live Journalism I worked across teams to devise a scalable strategy for building awareness of and driving conversations around Bloomberg’s live events. This included creating templates for social coverage of smaller events and creating bespoke plans for flagship events.
#ComeyTestimony on Twitter At Bloomberg, I oversaw a live social broadcast of the June 2017 testimony of former FBI Director James Comey before the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee in partnership with Twitter, devising a cross-platform promotion strategy, comment moderation policy, and project management plan. The live stream earned more than 2.7 million live views. The project was a finalist for a Shorty Award.
Business Insider: Live On Facebook I collaborated with video teams to develop an ambitious Facebook Live strategy including regular programming, engagement-driven broadcasts, live event coverage and special projects. I co-hosted a live career advice show and remotely produced live broadcasts from London, Sydney and Stockholm.
From zero to over 1 million on LINE English in under a year I worked across teams and across companies to bring Business Insider content to 35 countries via LINE, an app particularly popular in Asia where the company had aspirations to bolster its audience.
At Digital First Media’s Project Thunderdome, I partnered with a motion graphics designer on the below music video-inspired explainer, writing the script, providing art direction, and recording a voiceover.
